  • You are 50 years of age or older.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or did not respond well to treatment, or you have myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
  • Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough (based on standard blood tests and heart imaging).
  • You have a suitable stem cell donor identified (related or unrelated).
  • Your overall health status allows you to care for yourself (performance status score of 0, 1, or 2).
