Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have severe leg pain or tissue loss from poor blood flow that lasted more than 2 weeks
- Your doctor recently used a catheter-based procedure to open up arteries below your knee to improve blood flow in the last 7 days
- You live in France and have French health insurance
- You do not have a platelet count below 100,000 (a blood cell type important for clotting)
- You are not allergic to aspirin or clopidogrel (Plavix)
- You have no recent serious bleeding, ulcers in your stomach, blood clots in the brain, or other major medical conditions that increase bleeding risk
