Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have severe leg circulation problems (pain at rest, non-healing wounds, or gangrene) confirmed by imaging and blood pressure measurements in your legs
  • You had successful surgery or catheter procedure to restore blood flow to your leg within the past 7 days
  • Blood flow to your foot has been restored after the procedure with at least one artery open
  • You are willing and able to attend follow-up visits and take study medication as directed
