Who can take part
- Be between 30 and 65 years old
- Maintain stable weight (no gain or loss of more than 10 pounds in the last 6 months)
- Exercise very little (1 or fewer continuous exercise sessions per week)
- Never smoke or have quit smoking
- Have healthy blood pressure (systolic ≤150 mmHg and diastolic ≤95 mmHg)
- Not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, or liver disease
