Who can take part
- Age 18–65 years old
- BMI between 28.0 and 40.0 kg/m² (measuring height and weight ratio)
- No type 1, type 2, or other diabetes
- Stable diet and exercise for 3+ months with less than 5% weight change in past 3 months
- No history of medullary thyroid cancer or certain endocrine conditions
- Blood pressure controlled below 160/100 mmHg (with or without medication)
