Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a blockage or blood clot in the deep veins of your leg, pelvis, or lower abdomen (femoral, iliac, or vena cava veins), OR you have a stent placed in one of these veins more than 6 weeks ago that has become blocked
- Your doctors believe the ReCAna treatment would help your condition
- The treatment catheter can safely reach your blockage through your veins
- You do not have a heparin allergy, HIT (a blood clotting disorder from heparin), or severe contrast dye allergy
- You are able and willing to give written consent and participate in the study
