JADE101 for IgA Nephropathy Kidney Disease

This study tests whether JADE101, a new medicine, can help slow kidney damage in people with IgA nephropathy (a type of kidney disease caused by immune system problems). You'll take it alongside your current blood pressure medications for about 48 weeks.

Who can take part

  • Between 18 and 60 years old
  • Kidney function test (eGFR) score of at least 30
  • Confirmed IgA nephropathy diagnosis from a kidney biopsy
  • Currently taking an ACE inhibitor or ARB blood pressure medication at a stable dose for at least 12 weeks
  • Protein level in urine (UPCR) of at least 0.75 g/g
  • Able to attend regular visits and follow study instructions
