Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be confirmed by biopsy or pathology report (histologically confirmed solid tumor)
  • Your cancer must have a KRAS G12C or KRAS G12S genetic mutation
  • Your cancer is advanced, meaning it cannot be surgically removed or has spread to other parts of your body
  • There are no other standard treatments that could cure your cancer
  • Your organs (liver, kidneys, heart, etc.) function well enough to tolerate the study drug
  • Your cancer can be measured on imaging scans, and you can swallow pills without stomach or digestive problems that would prevent the drug from being absorbed
