  • Age 18 or older
  • Advanced non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by tissue or cell sample
  • Genetic test showing KRAS G12C mutation in your cancer
  • Eligible to receive standard KRAS G12C inhibitor treatment
  • Good enough overall health (ECOG performance status ≤ 2: able to care for yourself with minimal help)
  • Expected to live at least 6 months
  • Blood counts, kidney function, and liver function in acceptable ranges
