Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that is advanced, not operable, or has spread (metastatic), and you have not had treatment for this stage before.
- Your tumor has a KRAS mutation the vaccine targets (specific types like G12C, G12V, G12D, G12A, G13D, or G12R), confirmed by approved genetic testing of tumor tissue or blood.
- You can have tumor biopsies taken more than once (at the start and during treatment) from a reachable spot, and you agree to them if the doctor feels it’s safe.
- Your cancer has measurable disease on scans, and you are physically well enough (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have adequate blood and organ health (for example: platelets and white blood cells are above minimum levels, liver and kidney tests are within limits).
- You are able and willing to sign consent and follow study visits and treatment schedule, including staying off certain medicines and vaccines around treatment time.
