Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have ITP or WAIHA that has not improved with previous treatments (relapsed or refractory)
- Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver are working well enough to handle the treatment
- You have never had anti-CD19 therapy, gene therapy, or cell therapy before
- You agree to use reliable birth control if you can become pregnant, and not be pregnant or breastfeeding during the trial
