Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) based on recent medical guidelines
- You are at least 18 years old
- You live in France and have French social security coverage
- You have not had a heart attack or myocarditis (heart inflammation) in your history
- You do not have severe aortic stenosis (a valve problem in the heart)
- You have not participated in other trials testing TTR gene-silencing therapy or amyloid-depleting treatments for ATTR-CM
