- Age 30–80 years old
- Completed the previous study (NCT05489549) at UT Southwestern Medical Center
- Able to safely undergo PET/CT imaging without allergies to iodine
- Kidney function adequate (eGFR >30)
- Not currently taking heparin or similar blood thinners
- Not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have untreated thyroid problems
