Who can take part
- Diagnosed with high-risk early-stage triple negative breast cancer (hormone and HER2 receptor negative)
- Age 18 or older
- No prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or breast surgery for this cancer
- Good heart function (ejection fraction ≥50%) if receiving certain treatment regimens
- Willing to provide tissue samples from biopsy and surgery for research
- Able to use effective contraception for at least 120 days after treatment ends
