Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of ALS affecting both upper and lower motor neurons.
  • Your symptoms started within the last 3 years.
  • Your physical function is still relatively good (score of 30 or higher on a standard ALS scale).
  • You have not needed a breathing machine or feeding tube yet.
  • You are not taking certain ALS medications like edaravone or tofersen.
