  • You have a confirmed or probable diagnosis of ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis)
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You can understand the study and consent to participate
  • You do not have severe psychiatric conditions or severe memory/thinking problems that would prevent you from completing questionnaires
  • You are currently hospitalized at ICS Maugeri IRCCS in Milan, Italy
  • You are not in isolation due to an active infection
