This study tests whether special exercises that strengthen the small muscles in your foot and ankle can help improve balance, reduce fall risk, and ease walking difficulties caused by diabetic nerve damage (diabetic peripheral neuropathy). You'll be compared to a group doing different ankle and foot exercises.

Who can take part
- You have diabetic nerve damage in your feet (confirmed by a screening test called MNSI with a score of 7 or higher)
- You can walk 10 meters barefoot without a cane, walker, or other aid
- You've either been afraid of falling or actually fallen in the past 12 months
- You have normal thinking and memory skills (Mini-Mental State Exam score above 25)
- You experience difficulty with walking, balance, or movement in your daily life
