Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Diagnosis of heart failure (any type)
- Type 2 diabetes
- Kidney damage from diabetes with protein in urine (albumin-to-creatinine ratio ≥ 30 mg/g)
- Kidney function measured by eGFR of at least 25 mL/min/1.73 m²
- Serum potassium level between 5.0 and 5.5 mEq/L at screening (slightly elevated but not too high)
