Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are being evaluated for amyloidosis or already have a confirmed diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis before starting treatment
- Your heart's left ventricular wall (main pumping chamber) is thickened (>12 mm on ultrasound) and shows warning signs of amyloidosis, or your doctor suspects you have amyloidosis based on clinical evaluation
- You can undergo cardiac MRI imaging without medical contraindications (no certain types of pacemakers, severe obesity, or claustrophobia concerns)
- You are able to understand and sign the informed consent form and comply with study visits and procedures
