Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and between 19 and 35 years old
  • You have POTS: your heart rate jumps at least 30 beats per minute (or reaches 120+) when you stand up
  • You experience dizziness, lightheadedness, or feel like you might faint when standing
  • You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure or pre-eclampsia (pregnancy-related high blood pressure)
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, severe heart failure, anemia, or a history of blood clots in your legs
  • You do not have other heart diseases or neurodegenerative conditions
