Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 50 years old
- You’ve been diagnosed with POTS, orthostatic intolerance, syncope, or near-syncope
- You can speak and read English
- You have a first-time (new patient) visit at the VCU Comprehensive Autonomics Center scheduled at least 1 week from now
- You do not have certain other autoimmune, neurological, or chronic inflammatory conditions
- You’re able to safely complete the study tasks, including possible breathing training and MRI (if needed)
