Who can take part
- You received a BDyn spine device by the end of December 2021
- The device was placed in 1 to 4 levels of your lower spine
- You had degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis (mild slippage), or segmental instability (loose spine segments)
- You are 18 years or older
- You can understand and sign an informed consent form
- You have health insurance or social security coverage
