  • You have disseminated MAC infection confirmed by culture or molecular testing from a sterile site (like blood or bone marrow)
  • You have systemic symptoms consistent with disseminated infection (affecting your whole body)
  • You are ready to start standard antimycobacterial therapy and willing to participate
  • You can provide written informed consent
