AMG 127 Safety Study in Healthy People and Type 2 Diabetes

Who can take part

  • You are between 18–65 years old (if healthy) or 40–75 years old (if you have type 2 diabetes)
  • You do not have a history of fainting, feeling faint when standing up, or very low blood pressure
  • Your blood pressure is below 140/90 mmHg (if healthy) or below 160/100 mmHg (if you have type 2 diabetes)
  • If you have type 2 diabetes, your HbA1c (a measure of long-term blood sugar control) is 10% or lower within the last 3 months
