Who can take part
- Age 18 or younger with a blood cancer (leukemia or lymphoma) or solid tumor receiving intense chemotherapy

- Started antibiotics for this fever episode within the last 48–72 hours
- Blood tests show low risk of serious bacterial infection (low CRP and PCT markers, no low blood pressure)
- Feeling significantly better after 2–3 days: fever gone, stable vital signs, no detected bacterial infection
- Able and willing to follow study visits and agree to participate (parent/guardian consent required)
