Who can take part
- You had spine surgery to relieve narrowing of the spinal canal (decompression) within the last 20 years.
- You were at least 50 years old when you had that surgery.
- You do not already have a known type of amyloidosis (AL or AA) or a specific type called TTR amyloidosis.

This study collects information from adults who have been diagnosed with, or are being checked for, ATTR amyloidosis (a condition where abnormal protein builds up in the body) using a heart PYP scan. Your participation may help doctors better understand how these scans relate to diagnosis and follow-up over time.
