Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with NMOSD and have a positive blood test for AQP4 antibodies.
- You are in the middle of a new or worsening attack that started within the last 3 weeks, affecting your vision or spinal cord.
- Your vision in the affected eye has dropped to 20/200 or worse, or your ability to walk has gotten much worse (EDSS score of 6.0 or higher).
- You agree to get a meningococcal vaccine and to receive eculizumab during and for 2 weeks after treatment.
