  • Diagnosed with Graves' disease and moderate-to-severe active thyroid eye disease
  • No active infections or tuberculosis (or completed TB treatment with documentation)
  • No history of serious immune system disorders or certain brain/nervous system conditions
  • No cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years
  • Able to stop excluded medications before and during the study
