  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Pancreatic cancer confirmed by biopsy or cell sample
  • Completed at least 4 months of initial chemotherapy with stable or improved disease
  • No prior radiation therapy to the pancreas
  • Good overall health status (ECOG 0–2) with expected survival of at least 3 months
  • Normal blood counts, liver, and kidney function within 2 weeks of enrollment
