Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (both sides) lasting at least 12 weeks with nasal congestion and loss of smell or nasal discharge
  • Specific lab findings showing type 2 inflammation (elevated eosinophils in tissue or blood)
  • No previous sinus or polyp removal surgery
  • No recent infections, active asthma flare-ups, or serious illnesses (like cystic fibrosis, tuberculosis, or cancer)
  • Normal liver and kidney function tests
