Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (both sides) lasting at least 12 weeks with nasal congestion and loss of smell or nasal discharge
- Specific lab findings showing type 2 inflammation (elevated eosinophils in tissue or blood)
- No previous sinus or polyp removal surgery
- No recent infections, active asthma flare-ups, or serious illnesses (like cystic fibrosis, tuberculosis, or cancer)
