Who can take part

  • You are between 65 and 90 years old
  • You had a stroke (either bleeding or clot type) more than 6 months ago
  • You currently receive home care services from a participating agency
  • You have difficulty swallowing since your stroke
  • You can understand and follow instructions for training exercises
  • You do not have a tracheostomy, recent neck surgery, or history of head/neck cancer
