Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury that occurred at least 1 year ago and is not getting worse
- You use a wheelchair for getting around in the community
- You have a large waist circumference (≥94 cm or about 37 inches) plus at least 2 other metabolic issues like high blood sugar, high triglycerides, or low HDL cholesterol
- Your resting heart rate is between 45 and 74 beats per minute
- Your heart function is normal based on an EKG test
- Your bowel function is manageable (not severe neurogenic bowel dysfunction)
