Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must have atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) and be scheduled for your first catheter ablation procedure.
- You must be able to understand and sign a consent form and be willing to attend follow-up visits.
- You must not have had more than one prior ablation for atrial fibrillation.
- You must not have significant heart failure or severely reduced heart pumping function.
- You must not have ear problems, skin lesions, or neck nerve damage that could affect the ear electrode placement.
