Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 15 years old
  • You have scoliosis (spine curvature) with a Cobb angle between 10° and 25° (mild to moderate)
  • You can hear and see well enough to participate in classes
  • You can stand and walk independently without assistance
  • You have not had any recent bone fractures in your spine, arms, or legs
  • You do not have heart disease, rheumatic disease, or significant leg length differences
