This study tests whether adding a new drug called BL-B01D1 to osimertinib (a targeted lung cancer medicine) works better than osimertinib alone. You may qualify if you have advanced lung cancer with an EGFR mutation that didn't get worse after chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

Who can take part

  • You have stage III non-small cell lung cancer (a type of advanced lung cancer) that cannot be surgically removed
  • Your cancer has an EGFR mutation (a specific genetic change in the cancer cells)
  • Your cancer did not grow after you completed chemotherapy combined with radiation therapy
  • You completed radiation therapy with a total dose of about 60 Gray (a standard radiation measurement)
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and in good overall health (ECOG score 0–1)
  • Your heart function is normal, with a left ventricular ejection fraction of at least 50%
