Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 75 years old and can sign consent and attend follow-up visits.
- Your cancer is non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that is locally advanced and/or has spread, confirmed by biopsy (not just a sputum sample).
- Your tumor has an EGFR-activating mutation, and the cancer has grown despite prior osimertinib treatment.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on CT or MRI (size meets the study’s measurement rules).
- Your overall health is strong enough for treatment (commonly described as ECOG 0 to 1) and you have adequate blood counts and organ function.
- You can’t have certain recent treatments or medical issues (for example, you can’t start other anti-cancer medicines during a set window before enrollment).
