Who can take part

  • Your spinal cord injury is in your neck (cervical spine, levels C4–C7)
  • You are between 18 and 38 years old
  • Your injury happened less than one year ago
  • You are currently in an in-patient rehabilitation facility
  • You have no serious pre-existing lung or breathing disease
  • Your injury was caused by a road accident
