Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have had a mitral valve repair (M-TEER) at least 3 months ago, and you still have high blood pressure in your lungs (pulmonary hypertension).
  • You have no blockages or narrowing in your main lung artery and do not have an uncontrolled irregular heartbeat.
  • Your heart's pumping function is not severely low (left ventricular ejection fraction is 30% or above).
  • You are willing to follow the study's treatment and follow-up plan and sign a consent form.
