Who can take part

  • You have had a stroke or stroke-like symptoms that started less than 3 hours ago.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your systolic blood pressure (the top number) is between 150 and 220 mmHg.
  • You were able to do your usual daily activities before the stroke (mRS score 0–2).
  • You are not deeply unconscious (GCS score higher than 5).
