This trial tests whether a mild electrical skin stimulation (TENS) can help reduce wrist muscle tightness (spasticity) in people who have had a stroke at least 6 months ago. It may help you if your wrist muscles feel stiff but can still be moved by a therapist.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You had a stroke at least 6 months ago.
- Your wrist muscles are stiff (spasticity) at a moderate level (Grade 2 or 3 on a standard scale).
- You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, epilepsy, or skin problems where the sticky pads would go.
- You have not had Botox injections in the stiff arm muscles in the last 3 months.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
