Who can take part
- Your child must have a doctor's diagnosis of asthma for at least 1 year.
- Your child's asthma should be linked to high levels of a certain white blood cell (eosinophil) in the blood, shown by a recent blood test.
- Your child must weigh at least 33 pounds (15 kilograms).
- Your child must be using a medium or high dose of an inhaled steroid (like Flovent) regularly for the past year.
- Your child must have had at least 2 asthma attacks in the last year that needed steroid pills or shots, despite using their inhaler.
- Your child cannot have taken certain asthma biologics (like Nucala, Xolair, or Dupixent) in the last 4 months.
