Brain radiation with REYOBIQ for leptomeningeal metastases

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastases).
  • You need to be able to care for yourself most of the time (Karnofsky performance status score of 60 to 100).
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts must be within acceptable ranges as determined by standard tests.
  • You cannot have certain other serious medical conditions, like uncontrolled infections, heart problems, or a history of certain strokes or seizures within the last few months.
  • You cannot have had radiation therapy to the whole brain before, and you must not have a shunt (a tube to drain fluid) in your brain.
