  • You are 18 or older
  • You have type 2 diabetes and see your doctor regularly
  • Your FIB-4 score is above 2.67 (based on recent blood tests)
  • You are not currently getting liver ultrasound more than once a year
  • You have not had liver cancer or other liver cancers in the past
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant
