Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer that is not squamous (a specific cell type).
- Your cancer is advanced (stage IIIB/IIIC or IVA/IVB) or has returned after treatment and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
- Your cancer has a specific gene change called EGFR mutation (either exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R).
- You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured on a scan.
- You are able to do your daily activities (performance status 0 or 1).
