Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (PD).
  • You have a Percept deep brain stimulation (DBS) device implanted at least 2 months ago.
  • You do not have significant memory or thinking problems (score of 24 or higher on a memory test called MoCA).
  • You have been on continuous DBS (cDBS) for at least 2 months and still have noticeable motor ups and downs.
  • You are willing to return to your usual cDBS settings during the study if needed.
