This trial compares two different types of breathing muscle training to see which works better for people with heart failure and weak breathing muscles. You may join if you have heart failure with reduced pumping ability and are stable overall.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure with reduced pumping ability (ejection fraction 40% or less).
- You have weak breathing muscles, confirmed by a breathing strength test (MIP less than 70% of normal).
- You are 18 years or older and have been stable (no hospitalizations or major medication changes) for the past 3 months.
- You do not have a severe lung disease like advanced COPD, active asthma, or severe pulmonary hypertension.
- You have not had a heart attack, unstable angina, or heart surgery within the last 6 months.
