Who can take part
- You are right-handed and of Han Chinese background.
- You are 60 years or older and have at least a primary school education.
- You have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease based on standard psychiatric guidelines.
- Your memory and thinking test (MMSE) score is below 24, and your dementia severity (CDR) is mild (0.5 or 1).
- You have significant symptoms of depression (score 20 or higher on a depression scale).
- You are able to have an MRI scan and have no metal implants or pacemaker.
