Who can take part
- Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment, frontotemporal dementia, or progressive aphasia (language difficulty)
- Evidence of disease in your brain (positive amyloid or tau biomarkers confirmed by PET scan or spinal fluid test)
- Age 45–85 years and right-handed
- Stable on current Alzheimer's medications for at least 12 weeks
- Have a reliable caregiver who can support your participation
- No metal implants (pacemakers, deep brain stimulators) or skull abnormalities that would prevent MRI or brain stimulation
