Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer has a specific EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R point mutation).
  • Your cancer also has a HER2 alteration (mutation, amplification, or low/high protein expression by IHC).
  • You have not had any prior systemic treatments for your cancer (except an EGFR pill within 2 weeks before the trial).
  • You are healthy enough to get out of bed and care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
