  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (moderate to severe) or Sjögren's disease
  • You are in generally good health with no serious infections or recent cancer
  • You agree to use effective contraception if needed
  • You haven't had alcohol or drug abuse in the last year
  • You can stop taking certain other medications as required
